Programmes
The main programmes for businesses in the regions we serve. Conditions change constantly; the guidelines of the funding body always apply.
All of Austriaended
The federal programme funded consulting and implementation, including new websites and web shops. According to the programme website, the budget is fully used up, applications are no longer possible and it will not continue from 2027.

Up to 50% of the costs of projects that digitalise processes within a business. A website or web shop on its own is not eligible, but can be part of a larger project. There is a minimum project cost, and the application must be submitted before placing the order.

Funding covers, among other things, digitalisation consulting hours (digi Assistent) and investment in digitalisation projects. A homepage on its own is not eligible, nor are web shops and booking platforms as stand-alone solutions.

Up to 35% of the costs, at most €7,000, for projects from €12,000 in automation, data management, AI or IT security. Digital marketing projects are expressly no longer eligible. Applications only while funds last.

When it is worth it
Funding usually goes to projects that change how a business works. A website can then be part of the project.
A shop that passes orders directly to inventory, warehouse or accounting changes processes and is therefore more likely to be eligible than a shop on its own.
Online booking that replaces phone calls and paperwork and is connected to a calendar or till system.
Enquiries, quotes and orders handled digitally instead of by email and paper, for example in trades or transport.
Process
Important: almost always the application must be submitted before you place an order.
We clarify what your project includes and whether it goes beyond a plain website.
You get a written fixed-price quote that you can attach to the application.
You submit the application to the funding body before placing the order. The Chamber of Commerce's funding advice service helps free of charge.
You only commission us after the application. For the settlement you get all invoices and supporting documents.
Without funding
Our packages are priced so that a professional website pays off for small businesses even without funding.

Hardly for a plain website. KMU.DIGITAL is exhausted, and the state programmes in Vienna, Lower Austria and Upper Austria exclude a website as a stand-alone measure. Larger projects that digitalise business processes are more likely to be eligible.
According to the programme website, KMU.DIGITAL will not continue from 2027. As soon as there is a new programme, we will add it here.
As a rule, no. For almost all programmes, the application must be submitted before you place an order. That is why you first get a quote from us and only commission us afterwards.
We provide the quote, the project description and later all invoices. You submit the application yourself. The Chamber of Commerce offers free funding advice in every federal state.
