Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process your data solely on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act DSG, Telecommunications Act TKG 2021). This policy explains the key aspects of data processing on our website.

No cookies, no tracking
Our website does not use cookies or any analytics or marketing tools. No user profiles are created. If you choose a
package and go to the enquiry form, your choice is only part of the page address (e.g. ?paket=business)
and is not stored.
Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH in Austria. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores technically necessary information (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system) in log files. This data is used solely for security and stable operation of the website and is deleted after a short time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with the host.
Enquiry form, email and phone
If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email or by phone, we process the details you provide (name, email address and, optionally, business, phone number, town, preferred way of contact, industry, current website, package of interest, details on features, content, domain, timeframe and budget, and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Messages sent through the form are transmitted in encrypted form, delivered to us by email and additionally stored in a password-protected area of our web server that is not publicly accessible, so that no enquiry gets lost. If no contract is concluded, the enquiry and quote are deleted there automatically after 12 months at the latest, or earlier on request. Your data is not passed on to third parties.
If a contract is concluded, we also process your address and, where applicable, your VAT ID in order to perform the contract and issue invoices (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). In that case we keep the quote, enquiry and invoices for as long as the law requires: seven years from the end of the calendar year (§ 132 Federal Fiscal Code BAO, § 212 Commercial Code UGB; Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Invoice data is only disclosed, where necessary, to a tax adviser or bookkeeper engaged by us (bound by confidentiality) and to the tax authorities on request.
To prevent misuse, the IP address is stored in encrypted form (hash) for a maximum of one hour when the form is sent, in order to block an excessive number of enquiries within a short time.
Links to our projects
Our website links to our clients' websites. The images shown are screenshots stored on our own server. A connection to the linked websites is only established when you click a link.
Fonts
All fonts are loaded directly from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other provider.
Your rights
In principle, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, simply contact office@gsm-websolutions.at.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
